Strong experience of Data Warehousing concepts and testing (Star Schema)
Design, develop and execute tests against the Data Warehouse
String Informatica Tool skills and experience(3-5 yrs)
Understand shell scripting and basic Unix commands.
Strong Oracle (SQL/PLSQL) skills
Skills of query tuning, indexes, understanding the concept of rollback segments, etc.
BTEQ scripts knowledge
Experience using Maestro
Analytical skills and research skills
knowledge of business rules
Strong enough technically to be able to address complex issues
Able to review defects on the regular basis and perform root cause analysis
SDLC and QA Data warehouse Strategy knowledge
Experience of Agile development practices
diagnostic and debugging skills
Proactive work ethic with the ability to deliver results and meet challenging deadlines
Good communication skills (written, oral, presentations)
Experience of QC testing technologiesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
