Job Summary:

Primary duties are to administer complex company contracts, and assist company personnel in compliance with the terms and conditions of those agreements. The position will report to theETC General Counsel and will work closely with the ETC Contract Manager. Contract management requires a thorough understanding of the basic structure of contracts and the ability to assist in the assessment of financial and/or legal impacts of contract terms and conditions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop detailed knowledge of complex contracts in order to answer questions and/or provide direction to responsible Project Management personnel as well as have the ability to address Contract interpretation, compliance and operational issues arising under the contract and/or with the Customer. Draft required correspondence with the Customer to address submittals, changes, disputed positions, amendments, supplements, and formal notices, in addition to coordinating the review and approval of these items when required by executive management prior to submittal to the Customer. Draft and negotiate subcontract and consulting agreements and administrate as required by the Project.

5 years experience in the management and administration of state or local government contracts and subcontracts. Experience with Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate Project Management (formerly Sage Timberline Office) is required. Paralegal experience, especially in contracts, a plus. Experience in change management. Experience in M/WBE Subcontracting a plus. Skilled with all MS Office products (SharePoint, Excel spreadsheets, etc.)
Educational Requirements:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
