As the Process Consultant, you will be accountable for leading Process Leaders/Stewards in planning, defining, developing, testing, documenting and analyzing medical testing results in order to implement processes improvements. ROLES AND
Responsibilities:
Plan, define, develop, test, document and analyze results in order to implement process improvements
Lead and support business process activities and methods
Lead team activities, deliverable and issue resolution
Lead key activities including data collection, metric definition/analysis and root cause analysis
Support development and evolution of HCSC business process management methodology
Identify best practice standards, guidelines, procedures and tools for analyzing, designing and implementing business process initiatives
Additional duties as assigned
REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
5
years of experience in process improvement and development of business metrics
Experience leading, developing or managing employees
Proficient with various computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes)
Solid analytical, communication and organizational skills
