On behalf of our client, Procom Services is searching for a Technical Recruiter for a contract opportunity in Richardson, TX.
To support our client's continued growth and expansion, we are seeking an accomplished Technology Recruiter who is well skilled in sourcing and candidate generation.
Qualified candidates will 1) possess advanced sourcing abilities, 2) understand and be able to execute a thorough applicant assessment, 3) assist with interview
scheduling and coordination, 4) successfully negotiate and close selected candidates and 5) work in a fast paced hiring environment.
Ideal candidates will have worked in an agency or consulting environment with specialization in recruiting for technical and data center support type positions
like Network Engineers, Voice Engineers, Messaging Engineers, etc.
Technical Recruiter Job Details
o Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources to develop/execute efficient and cost effective recruiting strategies for sourcing qualified candidates.
o Assess candidate skills and abilities as defined by job description/role profile.
o Confer with management to understand role requirements including behavioral and functional competencies, technical qualifications and skills.
o Create effective role profiles/job descriptions for marketing job opportunities to the internal and external candidate populations.
o Provide information about Fujitsu career opportunities to potential applicants.
o Utilize an Applicant Tracking System for sourcing/tracking candidates
Technical Recruiter Mandatory Skills
o 5+ years of experience with full cycle recruiting responsibility and a heavy emphasis on creative candidate sourcing and skills assessment.
o Prior history recruiting candidates who have experience in the data center environment or similar technologies.
o Candidate must possess excellent sourcing skills with a demonstrated ability to build a talent pipeline
o Extensive experience with full life cycle recruiting of salaried FTE candidates.
o Prefer strong background in working both project and staffing requisitions.
o Willing and able to work onsite 5 days a week. Must work full-time hours; devote all recruiting efforts to Fujitsu.
o Ideal candidates will have worked in an agency or consulting environment with specialization in recruiting for technical and data center support type positions like Network Engineers, Voice Engineers, Messaging Engineers, etc...
o Must provide recent employment references.
o Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and work on multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
o Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
o Proficiency with online hiring tools i.e., LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, etc.
o Must possess proven negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade candidate hiring decisions.
o Ability to interface with all levels of employees and management.
o Ability to work in strict confidence.
o Results oriented, self-motivated and creative.
o Bachelor's Degree preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
