Our Direct Client located in Richardson, TX. has an immediate Full Time Permanent position for a Business Analyst/Developer IV.
Job Description:
Provide technical support of the PeopleSoft FMS production systems, as well as other user applications, investigate and resolve complex user issues and queries in a higher education environment. Responsible for the requirement analysis, technical solution design, testing and deployment of code support of PeopleSoft's Financial Management Systems 9.1 suite, Campus Solutions 9.0, or Human Capital Management 9.1 and other applications as needed. Analyze and assist with the resolution of technical issues associated with the delivered/customized programs. Responsible for planning, documenting and managing small projects. Thinks strategically and designs solutions which cross business groups keeping a broad, multi-function, multi-year perspective.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent relevant experience. Four plus (4+) years of PeopleSoft experience; Five (5) years experience in systems analysis/design and programming.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field with strong experience in Accounting. Five to seven (5-7) years actual experience in PeopleSoft FMS.
Minimum Responsibilities:
Provide technical support of the PeopleSoft production systems as well as other applications, investigate and resolve complex user issues. Re-engineer and enhance current environments as requested by functional departments by analyzing, designing, testing and providing detailed documentation of the current and proposed changes. Assume responsibility for all system regression testing related to enhancements, patches, and fixes, bundle releases, interface changes, system upgrades; provide new functionality testing before approving changes in production.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
