Summary
Responsible, under direct supervision, for accomplishing project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities as assigned. This role is responsible for working across multiple functions to ensure superior operational coordination and project progression. This role will also coordinate with Samsung HQ to provide project management activities on internal initiatives. Works independently, and considered an intermediate professional with adequate understanding of own
job
area.

Common Essentials/Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in developing project definition and direction in conjunction with the business owners and other related departments.
Assist in developing project budgets, charters and timelines and attain signoff from all key stakeholders.
Verify with management the resources needed to meet project objectives.
Maintain constant communication between various project work stream leaders and address issues as they arise.
Anticipate potential high risk project steps and heighten awareness of the project status.
Provide routine status updates to the project team and management.
Ad hoc projects and analysis, as requested.

Background/Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent with 2-5 years of directly related experience or Bachelor's Degree with 0-1 year of experience is required.
Prior experience with project management/coordination preferred.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools preferred.
Ability to clearly communicate with multiple levels of the organization required.
Prior experience in the telecommunications industry preferred.
Proficient in MS Office products including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all assigned levels with the customer and within and outside the company.
Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple complex assignments and projects.
Read and interpret detailed and complex customer requirements.
Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external personnel at various levels, especially in the sales and marketing, logistical, or financial areas of clients, prospects, and STA.
Work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames.
Demonstrated excellence in time management skills and follow up to ensure meeting on time deliverables.
The ability to accept tasks and problems/situations that differ and require creativity to search for solutions among learned consequences.

The ability to utilize implied knowledge of task alternatives and to make spontaneous decisions using past experience and the guidance of successful experiences of others.

Physical/Mental Demands
Work is generally performed in an office environment.
Operate a
computer
keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.
The movement and transportation of equipment, most of the time is under 25 pounds.
Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines.
Machines, tools, equipment, and work aids include PC?s, printers, copiers, faxes, and other equipment commonly associated with an office work area.
May require working additional hours beyond normal schedule.
Travel varies depending on position.
Consistently demonstrates a commitment to policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
