Kronos Applications Developer Kronos developer needed to support multi-Project Kronos development activity in support of Workforce Central Timekeeping, Retail Scheduling and Analytics. The first project is related to on-going support activities related to the recent consolidation of two production instances of Kronos. Responsibilities:- Kronos Work Force 6.1 Application Production Support - Work with other developers in delivering solutions. - Responding to issues and following up with customers on a timely manner with solutions - Notify the appropriate IT Area after identifying the issue and work with internal teams to provide solutions in a timely manner - Work with IT Teams in providing solution to Production Support Issues - Production Incident Management and Documentation - Manage and Improve System Performance - Document and Manage System Configuration and Changes - Work on special projects as required SKILLS: The candidate must have the following skills and experience: Expert knowledge of Kronos Technical and Application Architecture Expert experience and experience with Kronos WFC/WFSO 6.1 Expert knowledge of WFC/WFSO 6.1 Data Models Expert experience with SDM - Setup Data Manager Expert Knowledge of Best Practices for SDLC Expert experience with Kronos WFC/Kronos Connect o Files and Folder Structure of Workforce Connect o Workforce Connect Runtime Utility o Variables and Calculations o Lookup Tables o Kronos Sources and Outputs o Processing Order of Workforce Connect o Multi Step Interfaces o Batch Processing for Output files o Imports Exceptional SQL skills (Oracle preferred) Strong knowledge of Kronos' interaction with its corresponding HR/Payroll systems Strong familiarity with: o Labor Levels o Labor Accounts o Pay Codes o Work Rules o Holiday and Overtime Rules o Wage Calculations o Access Profiles o Display Profiles o Accruals o Accrual Profiles o Email and Workflow Notifications Expert experience with WRM - Record Manager Strong familiarity with Kronos API and XML Understanding of Data Collection Manager Setup, Configuration and Troubleshooting o Configuring, Initialize, and Update Terminals o Configure, Troubleshoot Pay Code Edits, Totals, Account and Job Transfers o DCM Event Manager o Use DCM Log Files for Troubleshooting o Resubmitting/Deleting Invalid Transactions Create and Troubleshoot HyperFind Queries Create and Troubleshoot Genies Create and Troubleshoot Report Engines and Reports Work with Business and Development Team in improving and tuning Reports/Queries Troubleshoot Problems o Review the system information to check the current status o Review the log files o Review reports on system settings General Project Management skills Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - written and oral Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills MYK62683JR

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
