What s a typical day as a Recruiter? You ll be:
Conducting full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilizing social media and online databases to source potential candidates.
Managing applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate candidate records.
Ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
Have a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
Possess strong customer service skills and the ability to deliver results.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems.
Have experience with social media recruiting and sourcing online databases.
Have a good understanding of federal and state employment laws.
