Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist job description ApproveShield is looking for a motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team! As a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing analyst files to ensure completed files meet both ApproveShield screening standards as well as adhering to property criteria while upholding local, State, & Federal regulatory requirements.
A QA Specialist requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to be successful in this role.
Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist duties and responsibilities Reviewing & analyzing analyst files to ensure ApproveShield standards and community screening criteria have been met Training and development of fellow QA and analyst team members Developing and implementing training documents Attention to detail Speed and accuracy Helping maintain the quality of products Working closely with the development team on the design and development of new features Assist QA manager and department heads with additional Quality Assurance and Compliance projects Ensure ongoing compliance to meet industry regulatory requirements Tracking and monitoring of fraudulent applicant trends Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist requirements and qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent analytical skills Strong problem-solving skills Methodical and disciplined approach for completing tasks Must be able to explain findings to other team members, analyst, or properties who may not have the same understanding of criteria or ApproveShield procedures Meticulous attention to detail Flexibility with work hours to ensure files are reviewed in a timely manner Weekend work flexibility Ability to collaborate as a team to troubleshoot difficult applicant situations Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed Strong computer skills Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team & individual work environment Job Type:
