This pays a base salary plus monthly bonuses for as a form of profit sharing from community management fees.
(Candidates with solely multi family/apartment leasing community mgmt experience will not be considered) Assess HOA's assets, liabilities and overall financial conditions/ prepare bugets Vendor management through contracted services and RFPs Assist with routine maintenance and improvements for the Association(s) Assist Board of Directors with action items and to do-lists Attend, Plan and Conduct Board of Director and Annual meetings Interaction with homeowners and facilitation of requests Job Type:
