Summary:
As the Director, Strategy & Financial Operations you will apply and develop your analytical, interpersonal, creative thinking, business management and leadership skills from day oneYou will work side by side with the CFO and the leadership team to synthesize information into a professional, understandable mannerYou will establish partnerships and relationships with internal and external customers, stakeholders and peersYou will be gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendationsYou'll also have the opportunity to present results to management and implement recommendations in collaboration with the teamResponsibilities Prepare executive level presentations based on large volumes of information Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing Contribute to the evolution of the Corporate strategy while maintaining a solid grasp of the tactical needs of the organizationGenerate the financial framework and scenario analysis necessary to guide decision making, internal resource allocation, investment evaluation, and measurement of returns and effectiveness Investment decision modeling - develop and maintain tools to assess various business investment opportunities ranging from acquisitions to new products and organic growth opportunitiesAssess the risk associated with the opportunities, and measure their performance against the investment thesisUse of business intelligence strategy and tools to prepare presentations that synthesizes complex information into simple storiesProvide clear, timely and accurate reporting for the Executive Leadership Team, the Field Leadership Team, and the Board of DirectorsSupply the executive team and operating leadership with key dashboards to address business questions by designing financial analytics and graphing that can be leveraged across the enterprise Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization Qualifications Undergraduate degree in Consulting/Finance; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred Minimum 10
years in Consulting/Finance from a large consulting firm or an investment bank Possess a strong sense of intellectual curiosity; motivated to examine and understand the fundamental drivers of a particular problem, bring them to the forefront of discussion, and effect change in the organizationAn innovative thinker willing to instigate disruptive change while possessing the character and communication skills to do so in a constructive mannerExtensive prior involvement with operational strategies including first-hand knowledge of business operations and has served as the primary financial partner to functional or divisional leadershipExcellent analytical, financial modeling and presentation skills with the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendationsA team player who understands the importance of the role as a key support function to the operating team while working with multiple teams simultaneously What Do We Offer You as a Service Experts Employee?
