Summary:
The SrManager, Compensation leads the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, policies, and proceduresThis positions is responsible for managing common compensation functions, including market survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, incentive plan design, and associated analysisThe SrManager, ensures that base pay, incentive pay and performance management programs remain competitive and conform to the company's current compensation strategyResponsibilities Demonstrated knowledge and capability to manage and support the design of compensation models and establishing pay rangesSubject matter expertise in developing short-term incentive plans and designing methods for implementation of those plans in a cost-effective and efficient mannerKnowledge of market studies - how to conduct, how to evaluate survey data, how to match jobs, how to age market data, and how to price jobs for which there is no market dataUnderstanding of methods to manage geographical differentials so that forever costs are not integrated into base pay for those employees moving to and from high-cost geographical areasManage administration and service delivery of sales compensation plan documents Oversee administration of performance management cycles Knowledge of annual pay planning - hourly and salaried - to manage costs and retain productive employeesFamiliar with building a merit matrix for budgeting for pay increases based on performanceAbility to work with hiring managers on job offers, not only base pay and incentive but also managing special situationsAbility to work collaboratively with business leadership to refine compensation practices to ensure the business remains market competitive, while support business metrics and profitability goalsAbility to develop tactics for unusual situations, such as sudden increase in area wages due to outside developmentsFamiliarity with executive compensation strategies and methods is a nice to have but is not essentialComprehensive knowledge with HRIS and compensation systems, Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word and Power Point requiredMust display strong self-initiative and demonstrated ability of analytical skills and accomplished project managementQualifications Bachelor's Degree required7 - 10 years' experience in leading a business's compensation function, within a similarly situated environmentPrevious experience as a Manager/contributor or managing a small team is preferredPrevious Experience with UKG is preferredCompensation professional certifications preferredExperience within a B2C and/or Sales and Service based organizations is a plus.
Bachelor's Degree required7 - 10 years' experience in leading a business's compensation function, within a similarly situated environmentPrevious experience as a Manager/contributor or managing a small team is preferredPrevious Experience with UKG is preferredCompensation professional certifications preferredExperience within a B2C and/or Sales and Service based organizations is a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
