Position Requirements1-2 years building plant experience including HVAC maintenance, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, minor construction and associated repairs as required to ensure resident comfort and safety, preventative maintenance of building and equipment, and ground maintenance.
Supervisory experience in housekeeping desired.
