Assistant Site Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer needs in a quick and professional manner, ensuring optimal customer relations.
Plan and manage the master schedule of maintenance and repair activities for the facility.
Set work priorities and objectives, striving to meet or exceed expectations.
Oversee and coordinate activities with our business partners.
Train, supervise, and evaluate subordinate staff.
Recommend promotions, demotions, discharges, and other personnel changes for staff.
Administer and communicate ABM and customer policies and procedures to subordinates.
Communicate any information affecting customer relations or employee relations to the Account Director.
Ensure safe work practices and a safe work environment, including conducting safety training and work practice training.
Advise subordinates on difficult technical and personnel problems.
Prepare and submit records and reports as per customer requirements.
Assist the Account Operations Manager in the preparation and administration of the facility budget.
Develop equipment-specific safety programs in collaboration with the customer and ABM EH&S.
Execute work order CMMS, review and modify tasks, schedules, and equipment information.
Run KPI and other management reports from CMMS.
Prepare facility maintenance budgets, CapEx budget, and perform financial analysis.
Conduct monthly Governance meetings.
Maintain accurate financials and ensure adequate cost controls.
Perform bi-weekly financial reviews and reports.
Provide quotes, proposals, and obtain client approvals.
Attend leadership meetings and present site information.
Ensure PM reviews are completed to optimize equipment performance.
Utilize a system to capture data for capital plans.
Oversee and ensure critical parts inventory on-site.
Participate in client audits as requested.
Requirements:
Preferred BS degree in business, sciences, or equivalent years of facilities management experience.
Graduate from an apprentice program or technical school will be considered but not required.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar industrial plant environment.
Extensive knowledge of maintenance and repair methods, practices, techniques, tools, equipment, and materials.
Considerable knowledge of supervision principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to read and understand plans and blueprints.
Preferred experience in manufacturing, and integrated facilities management.
Recommended Skills Administration Auditing Blueprinting Communication Customer Demand Planning Customer Relationship Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
