The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing alignment of the owner's wife direction.
Required skills and qualifications Four or more years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees Job Type:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
