Clerical Payroll Associate

Adecco Creative and Marketing is partnering with a very popular American fashion designer and manufacturer looking for a Payroll Clerk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Auditing , data entry, changes and then transitioning into some payroll responsibilities.



You will be working 32hr a week Monday-Thursday onsite in Richardson, TX. This contract is starting asap and going through October at a minimum.



Responsibilities:


  • Auditing

  • Data Entry

  • Payroll Changes



Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma

  • Payroll experience 1-2 yrs

  • Bonus if you have experience with Candia payroll and ADP

  • Needs to have experience with Kronos/SAP

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
