Join our dynamic team of RF and Power Engineers, where you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, analyzing, testing, and documenting electronic solutions for the Outdoor Wireless Networks Division in Richardson, Texas.
Your contributions will have a global impact, as you participate in the development of ground breaking telecommunication Base Station Antenna products, catering to a diverse range of customers.
This is a hybrid opportunity that will allow the incumbent to participate in our email protected program.
How You'll Help Us Connect the World:
As a member of our team, you will engage in a variety of exciting projects, encompassing digital and analog electronics design tasks.
These projects may include microcontroller and microprocessor design, motor controller (stepper, DC, brushless) implementation, positioning design, and Antenna Line Devices.
Additionally, you might be involved in projects related to the rapidly expanding Power Solutions business units, which could involve high power AC/DC and DC/DC power supply design.

Qualifications:
Throughout the project lifecycle, your work will be regularly reviewed to ensure that the overall objectives are being met.
Key performance metrics for our business unit include adhering to committed project schedules and achieving annual cost-saving targets.
As a key contributor, you will have the opportunity to provide guidance and coordination for drafters, technicians, and other personnel involved in the project.
Collaboration is crucial in our environment, and you will work closely with firmware, software, mechanical, reliability, and test engineers during different stages, including requirement gathering, design, development, pilot, and handoff to production.
Bachelor's degree with 5 years or Master's Degree with 2 years of pertaining experience.
Demonstrated experience in both digital and analog circuit design and development.
Solid knowledge of typical peripherals used in embedded applications (ADC/DAC, UART, EEPROM, sensors etc.
) and related bus protocols such as SPI, I2C, UART etc.
Experience working with motors (Stepper, BLDC Motor, DC) and motor position sensors.
Experience in handling lab test equipment e.
g.
Oscilloscope, logic analyzer, etc.
Basic knowledge of EMI and surge protection design techniques for outside plant equipment.
Must have expertise in analyzing and resolving complex issues.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time on as-needed basis.
