From start to closing, we deliver excellence every stage of the way.
As a PO Administrator, you will:
Retrieve and route multiple homebuilder purchase orders Scan and save company and builder documentation in company database Generate daily project report, notify appropriate superintendent of exceptions and update the database with status changes Enter data and maintain integrity of company database and process weekly measurement report Requirements of the position include:
Minimum of 2 years administrative assistant responsibilities, preferably in the construction industry Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize workload, consistently deliver quality work and build positive relationships with coworkers across multiple departments Strong command of both verbal and written communications Proven computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer and Windows Explorer Solid problem solving skills and a willingness to learn new things with a can do attitude Comprehensive benefits package includes:
