Must be bilingual Spanish-English, data entry, scheduling service, working with QuickBooks making purchase orders, taking calls and replying to emails from costumers Critical Behaviors for success in this position:
Accurate - Organized and accurate in day-to-day functions Analytical - Demonstrates attention to detail and problem solving-skills/troubleshooting, Able to think outside the box Conscientious - Proactively manages the responsibilities of the job, able to be self-sufficient Dependable - Disciplined and dedicated to achieving the goals and responsibilities of the position Intense - Focused on the work to be done, the constraints to be resolved, and the tasks to be completed Communication - Interact diplomatically and effectively with all team mambers and stakeholders -NO experience needed- Starting pay is $18 an hour Job Type:
