About the Role Leverage AI builds AI-infused software applications for use within back-office services at Walmart.
Our team's mission is to rapidly drive productivity and value by seamlessly bringing the power of an AI suite of products that is natively built to handle Walmart's scale.
As a Senior Data Engineer, you will lead the creation of data-based systems that create the data products that allow our applications and data scientists to deliver key insights to the Walmart business.
What you'll do Lead the creation of data pipelines in both on premise systems and in Google Cloud Platform and comply with security standard and privacy policy Work with application engineers and data scientists to define the requirements for the data products that the team creates Develop and maintain data schemas and dictionaries; defines metadata Build data system and data quality monitoring process and ensure health of the big data system Debug and maintain data pipelines Develop data APIs to support analytics and data science products What you'll bring:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science and 4 years experience in software engineering or related field OR 6 years experience in software engineering or related field.
A plus if you have :
Master ' s degree in Computer Science or related field and 3 years' experience in software engineering or related field.
E xperience with Google Cloud Platform , especially DataProc and Google Cloud S torage E xperience with the Spark eco system Experience with Apache Airflow Experience with Shell scripting and Linux operating system Experience with Python and Javascript /Node.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
