Job Description:
As the Digital Solutions Lead at Lennox International, you will drive the development and implementation of digital strategies and solutions across the organization.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, define digital objectives, and leverage technology to transform customer experiences, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth.
Key
Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development:
Lead the formulation and execution of the digital strategy, aligning it with Lennox International's business objectives and market trends.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement, streamline operations, and drive revenue growth through digital initiatives.
Digital Solution Implementation:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, product development, and IT teams, to identify and prioritize digital solutions.
Oversee the end-to-end implementation of digital projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to budget.
Customer Experience Enhancement:
Champion a customer-centric approach to digital solutions by understanding customer needs, analyzing user behavior, and leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure that digital solutions optimize the customer journey and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Data Analytics and Insights:
Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to analyze digital performance metrics, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
Make data-driven recommendations for optimization and enhancement of digital solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of innovation and digital transformation.
Partner with IT teams to evaluate, select, and integrate relevant technologies, platforms, and third-party solutions.
Stakeholder Management:
Effectively communicate digital strategies, progress, and outcomes to key stakeholders, including senior management.
Build strong relationships and engage stakeholders to ensure alignment, support, and successful adoption of digital initiatives.
Industry and Technology Monitoring:
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital solutions.
Proactively identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and approaches to drive competitive advantage and business growth.

Qualifications:
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.
g.
, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration) is required.
A master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives, preferably within the HVAC or building automation industry.
Strong knowledge of digital technologies, such as IoT, cloud computing, mobile applications, data analytics, and AI/ML.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing digital strategies that drive customer engagement, operational efficiency, and business growth.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools to successfully oversee digital projects from initiation to completion.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and outcomes.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a team.
