UltraFLEX Product Manager This Product Manager role will be driving the growth and profitability of a flagship tester, which is the UltraFLEX. The device types that we will target with this tester are 5G/4G/WiFi for mobile or infrastructure, compute processors, artificial intelligent processors, mobile processors, power management, and many others. The role involves collaborating and working with multiple teams - marketing, engineering, sales, and operations - understanding multiple markets - mobile, automotive, cloud, memory, etc. - and working alongside our customers who are small to large international semiconductor companies. Duties & Responsibilities Define and execute the UltraFLEX 4-year strategy and business plan Own forecast of all UltraFLEX products to drive inventory decisions Own entire life cycle of UltraFLEX product line, including transition strategy from/to UFLEX from/to other testers. Develop competitive differentiation through sales and marketing collateral and training of sales and field engineers Grow market share by prioritizing, targeting, and supporting strategic design-in activities, including competitive differentiation and resource trade-offs Determine pricing strategy for the general market and key customers Identify market trends and emerging customers in US, Europe, Asia Synthesize market and business results to support Quarterly Business Reviews, investor relations, and the executive management team Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required 5
years of marketing and/or sales experience in semiconductor industry Technical background is preferred BS, preferably in electrical engineering MBA preferred, or equivalent managerial experience This position requires a person with very strong leadership, analytical, synthesis and integration skills. This role will require an extensive amount of integrating and visibility across all functions of the business and at all levels. Travel of 20% to be expected
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
