This is a permanent full-time position.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

Location In person at INS HQ in Richardson, TX Required Qualifications English fluency (spoken and written) Basic computer skills such as email and basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Must be able to lift 50-80 pounds.
Must be able to squat, lift, stretch, and bend to reach all areas of the facility.
Must be able to be on your feet for 8-hour shift.
Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screening.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Warehouse/Shipping/receiving experience is a plus Responsibilities Shipping and receiving duties in an air-conditioned warehouse to include, but not limited to:
Receiving Picking, packing, and shipping orders Putting away stock Move inventory manually, with a pallet jack, and pallet stacker.
Cycle counts Maintain a tidy warehouse:
organizing, restocking work areas, sweeping, taking out trash Ability to learn basic computer, shipping, and warehouse/distribution center systems.
Collaborate with team members both in-person and online (email, MS Teams).
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
Schedule & Pay 8-hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday $18.
00 - $20.
00 per hour 15 days PTO per year 9 company paid holidays - New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day Teamwork This position requires working as a team to complete all daily tasks assigned to the warehouse team.
Collaboration with warehouse team-members as well as staff from other departments both in-person and online (email, MS Teams).
